In reality, 

the strongest people are the ones 

who feel it,

understand it, 

accept and learn from it.

★Leave the Baggage Behind★

   ﺖ

Every person on the face of the Earth

has some kind of history, or baggage, 

although at varying levels. 

Do not walk into a relationship with your arms loaded with that baggage. 

The past is the past. 

Even though there are things from the past that are hurtful, 

and even damaging, 

learn from those things and come out a better and stronger person. 

This allows you to step into a new relationship with better knowledge of what not to do. 

Leave the baggage from the past alone,

 focus on today, 

and look forward to tomorrow

所有的意外中，都有神的旨意 

所有的巧合中，都有神的計劃

 所有的恩典中，都有神的辛苦

 所有的痛苦中，

都有神默默地陪伴在你身旁。

生命不是必然的

所以要為每一天感謝上帝的恩賜。 

生命不是偶然的：

所以要按上帝美好的旨意，

好好的過每一天。

★No More Tears★

                                       ﺖ

What was the first sound you ever made in the world? 

What will the last be? 

Chances are, the first thing you did was cry.

Throughout your life, you will have many reasons to shed your tears. 

And few are the deaths that have no associated weeping

Revelation 21:3-4

“Look, God’s home is now amongst His people!  

He will live with them, and they will be His people. 

God Himself will be with them. 

He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain.

 All these things are gone forever” 

God has a vision for your eternal life, 

when we no longer have to worry about that which could make us cry.

有一天你若失去勇氣

有一天你若真的想放棄

有一天你若感覺沒人愛你

有一天好像跌落谷底

那一天你要振作心情，

那一天你要珍惜自己，

那一天不要忘記耶穌愛你，

那一天不要輕易說放棄。

哪怕世人都離你而去，

我們的天父會永遠愛你。

God may not get us out of a situation, 

but He will give us the strength to get through it.

★Be Grateful★

Victory is not the absence of problems; 

it is the presence of God's power.

Don’t try to keep up with everyone else
Find your comfort zone and live in it.

If we are too stubborn to ask for help when we need it, 

we have no right to get angry when no one helps us.

Our past experiences may have made us the way we are, 

but we don't have to stay that way.

If you can’t control what you think, 

you will not be able to control what you do.

Don’t be devastated by disappointment. 

If your plan didn’t work, try something else. 

God is with you today!

Don’t leave messes for other people to clean up!

An attitude of gratitude shows a lot about the character of a person.

Stop labeling people just because they're not like you.

If you are in a time of trials, use that time to build your trust in God. 

Trust Him to deliver you or bring you through successfully.
